Wincanton extends Neal’s Yard Remedies partnership

Wincanton has renewed its warehousing and transportation contract with organic health and beauty company, Neal’s Yard Remedies.

Extending a working relationship that stretches back to 2008, Wincanton will provide warehouse and transport fulfilment services from its shared-user facility in Greenford, London, for a further two years.

These fulfilment services span its network of stores, and wholesale and retail partners; as well as UK and global online customer base.

Wincanton’s Director of Home and eFulfilment, Paul Durkin, said: "Flexibility, a positive customer experience and efficient cost to serve are essential for modern retailers, and we’re pleased to have been able to provide a solution that works in all these areas for Neal’s Yard Remedies.

"We’ve built a strong partnership based on trust and excellence. We’re delighted to renew the contract and continue working together."

Neal’s Yard Remedies’ Chief Operating Officer, Stephen Tobitt, said: "Extending our working relationship with Wincanton is a testament to the strong partnership that has developed over recent years.

"Wincanton has developed a deep understanding of our business driving innovative and sustained improvements whilst maintaining a cost effective solution."
