PackOnTime concept
KernPack has released PackOnTime to help optimise production or shipping processes and increase productivity, while ensuring environmentally friendly use of resources.
The system creates package on demand in individually required dimensions. It is said to seamlessly into different processes, such as pick to pack, as well as batch production. It uses primary packaging directly as shipping package; dispensing with the need for additional transport packaging.
The processing capacity is 500 packages/h and it can be operated by one person. Product dimensions are minimum (60 x 60 x 8mm) and maximum (350 x 250 x 100mm). Designed for multi-shift operation, the machine has no waste or offcuts.
