Sealant and adhesive company takes Tamworth warehouse
Independent European manufacturer of sealants, adhesives and polyurethane foams Soudal Group has taken a circa 50,000 ft2 warehouse at Indurent’s 32-acre Indurent Park Tamworth scheme in Staffordshire.

THE COMPANY has signed a 10-year lease at a rent believed to be in the region of the rent quoted in marketing literature – £548,075 a year equating to £11 per ft2.
Soudal (UK) Managing Director Michael Gamble said: “The opening of our new Tamworth warehousing facility marks a significant step in our growth strategy for the UK market. The warehouse will operate simultaneously with our current operations in Tamworth, dramatically increasing our warehouse capacity and facilitating our plans for future growth. The new premises will enable us to continue delivering exceptional levels of service to our valued customers as we expand.”
Known as T49, the 49,825 ft2 unit which will undergo a bespoke refurbishment, has an EPC A rating and boasts 45, 652 ft2 of warehouses space with 10m eaves, 50kn/m2 floor loading, three dock and two level access doors served by a 40m yard.
In addition, it has 4,173 ft2 of office space with lift to first floor and separate staff canteen as well as parking for 35 cars.
The park itself offers On-site outdoor fitness trail and gym equipment and is well landscaped.
