AR Racking in partnership with AVANTA, has transformed an existing warehouse in Rotherham into a high-density, future-ready storage hub. Leveraging Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) pallet racking between 16 and 18 metres high, the project delivered 3,000 new pallet locations in just three weeks, maximising the use of the building height while maintaining safe, agile operations with standard UK pallets.
Special-height aisle ties, tailored to both the building layout and handling equipment, plus integrated sprinkler brackets, give the installation the stability and flexibility needed to support ongoing growth. The result is a compact, scalable solution that lets the customer grow upwards without compromising throughput or safety, reinforcing AR Racking and AVANTA’s joint commitment to high-performance storage in the UK market.
