The five low-lift pallet truck models – ELP15, BPT15, WLE20, WEP20 and RPE20 – cover virtually all requirements for internal material handling with load capacities of 1500 kg and 2000 kg, as well as walk-behind and ride-on variants.

The five low-lift pallet truck models – ELP15, BPT15, WLE20, WEP20 and RPE20 – cover virtually all requirements for internal material handling with load capacities of 1500 kg and 2000 kg, as well as walk-behind and ride-on variants.

WITH MAINTENANCE-free lithium-ion batteries (in four of the five models) and the option for flexible mid-shift charging, traditional battery maintenance such as topping up water is no longer required. At the same time, the robust and compact design, good climbing ability and low weight ensure flexible use – including as a truck-mounted unit. All models are equipped as standard with electric drive and lift systems and impress with precise tiller control, safe handling and minimal maintenance requirements.

Clark ELP15 – The compact all-rounder for tight spaces

The ELP15 (1500 kg) is the ideal walk-behind truck for daily goods handling over short distances in warehouses, retail and production environments. With a width of just 550 mm, a length of 395 mm over the fork back (L2 dimension) and a turning radius of 1345 mm, it can manoeuvre precisely even in space-constrained retail areas or on lorry loading areas. The creep speed function in the upright tiller position, as well as optional side support rollers, enhance control and stability during manoeuvring. The lithium-ion battery (24V, 25 Ah) is maintenance-free and can be charged from any 230V socket.

Clark BPT15 – The robust entry-level model with GEL technology

The BPT15 (1500 kg) is aimed at users seeking a particularly cost-effective and low-maintenance solution for light-duty applications in warehouses, retail and industry. Equipped with a robust GEL block battery (24 V, 65 Ah) and an external charger, it offers reliable operation for short transport distances and simple goods handling tasks. Its compact design, low vehicle weight of just 205 kg and optional load guard make it the ideal helper in narrow aisles and for use with lorries. The higher-positioned drive motor protects the vehicle from dirt and moisture.

Clark WLE20 – The powerful walkie for heavy loads

With a load capacity of 2000 kg and a standard lithium-ion battery (24 V, 100 Ah), the WLE20 is designed for demanding walkie applications in production and warehouse logistics. The L2 dimension of just 516 mm ensures high manoeuvrability in narrow aisles, on lorry loading areas or in confined warehouse spaces – even when transporting heavy loads. Two lift cylinders guarantee even load distribution. The fork height of just 78 mm makes it easy to safely drive under low pallets. Standard side support rollers with adjustable suspension and adjustable push rods significantly reduce wear and maintenance costs and ensure smooth handling. The WLE20 impresses with its high climbing ability and precise steering, even on ramps.

Clark WEP20 – The comfortable premium walk-behind forklift

The WEP20 (2000 kg) sets new standards in the walk-behind segment with its lithium-ion battery (24 V, 230 Ah) and extensive standard equipment. Wide forks (180 mm wide and up to 2400 mm long) ensure maximum stability when handling large, heavy loads in production and warehouse logistics. The robust construction and high-quality drive technology guarantee a long service life and reliable performance in daily use. The excellent climbing ability enables safe operation on ramps or uneven surfaces. An integrated colour display, two cup holders, a storage compartment and a standard USB charging port significantly enhance operator comfort.

Clark RPE20 – The fast ride-on truck for medium and long distances

The RPE20 (2000 kg) has been developed for the fast and comfortable transport of goods over medium and long distances. As the only model in the series with a fold-down driver’s platform, the vehicle is designed to allow flexible switching between pedestrian and ride-on operation. The standard 3.0 kW drive motor enables travel speeds of up to 10 km/h (unladen) or 9.5 km/h (laden).
