Distributor scales to £35m with a team of 18
ET Browne UK, the business behind the Palmer’s skincare brand, has built a £35m-plus UK and European operation run by 18 people by outsourcing warehousing and distribution to Europa Worldwide Group for almost 20 years.

THE DARTFORD operation handles between five and ten consignments every day, from single-pallet shipments to full trailer loads, feeding more than 100 retail distribution centres and wholesalers in the UK alongside customers across Poland, the Netherlands, Germany and other European markets.
Palmer’s is stocked by Boots, Tesco, Superdrug and Sainsbury’s. With more than 100 products imported from the United States, the operation must absorb delayed containers and changing import schedules while still hitting strict retail delivery windows.
ET Browne has doubled its sales over the past 15 years. Europa Warehouse, the specialist third-party logistics division of Europa Worldwide Group, has added warehouse capacity and operational resource alongside that growth, frequently at short notice, and supported the business through Brexit and new French VAT requirements.
Rather than react to each increase in volume, the two teams work to anticipate capacity needs before they reach customers – an approach that has allowed ET Browne to keep expanding without building a substantial in-house logistics function.
“Over the past two decades, ET Browne UK has grown significantly, expanding Palmer’s presence across major UK retailers and into European markets,” said Ryan Woor, managing director, UK & Europe at ET Browne. “That growth has required us to continually strengthen the infrastructure behind the brand, and Europa has been an important partner throughout that journey.
“As we look ahead, our ambition is to accelerate Palmer’s growth across the UK and Europe. To achieve that, we need a logistics operation capable of scaling with us.”
