Prologis Essentials nearly doubles revenue as fit-out demand grows
Prologis Essentials has nearly doubled its revenue over the past 12 months on the back of rising demand for complex logistics fit-outs.

MORE THAN 30 major projects have been completed in 2026, for customers operating from Prologis facilities as well as those who own or lease buildings elsewhere.
Work has spanned the lifespan of a logistics operation, from fit-outs of new distribution centres and manufacturing facilities to mezzanine floor installations for extra storage and lighting upgrades. Projects are managed through a single point of contact covering project management and procurement.
To support growth, the business has hired Liam Jarvis as essentials solutions manager. Jarvis previously spent more than nine years at intralogistics specialist SSI Schaefer and will mainly support customers in London and the South East.
Danny Bostock, operations essentials lead at Prologis UK, said gross sales had grown 600% since he joined to establish the business in the UK.
“We’re offering our services not just to the Prologis customer base,” he said. “The whole market can benefit from our expertise across the lifespan of their operational needs – from moving in and the initial fit-out to moving out and the removal of elements like racking and mezzanine flooring at lease expiry.”
Jarvis said: “The team are increasingly seeing calls for more bespoke and technically sophisticated fit-outs, which means constantly expanding our expertise and trusted supplier base.”
