IT HAS taken a 10-year lease on the property which totals 79,586 ft2. It has 68352 ft2 of warehouse space with 9m eaves and six dock and two level access doors served by a 50m yard. It has 11,234 ft2 of two storey offices.

The property was being marketed as available in Q1 2027 after a full refurbishment but Prologis and Cadent agreed the lease  within a short time frame allowing Cadent to secure early access to undertake fit-out works, with the ambition of becoming operational in DC4 in early in 2027.

The move will create approximately 100 new jobs in Birmingham, expanding Cadent’s local employment base. The company is the UK’s largest gas distribution network, managing 82,000 miles of pipes throughout the Northwest, East and West Midlands, East of England and London.

Prologis Park Bromford Gate is now fully let.

Joint agents at Bromford Gate were Darby Keye, Harris Lamb and Colliers, while Cadent was represented by Avison Young.
