Voiteq acquires majority stake in Teknix
Leading supplier of voice-directed warehousing solutions, Voiteq has acquired a majority stake in Teknix sarl, one of France’s fastest growing voice providers.
The acquisition is part of a continued market expansion strategy to grow in Europe and North America; the French organisation will be known as Voiteq-Teknix and will be part of the Centriq Group.
Both companies already provide solutions based on Vocollect Voice, the world’s leading solution for voice-directed work; with Voiteq having the world’s largest number of Vocollect certified voice professionals. The merged organisation will be one of the largest and most experienced voice providers in Europe.
