3PL DFDS signs for Kettering warehouse
International 3PL DFDS has taken DC7, a 246,685 ft2 warehouse at Prologis Park Kettering in the East Midlands.

THE FACILITY has a 232,094 ft2 of warehouse space with 15m eaves as well as 24 dock and three level access doors served by a 55m yard that has parking for 55 trailers. It is fully fitted and operationally ready, with £2.3 million of installed infrastructure including racking with 30,8000 pallet positions.
The building features 183 car parking bays and 55 HGV spaces whilst meeting high sustainability standards, with a Net Zero build, BREEAM Excellent certification and EPC A rating as well as solar photovoltaic readiness. .
The leasehold acquisition supports DFDS’s continued expansion of its third-party logistics operations in the Midlands. The facility will enhance operational efficiency and support the company’s long-term growth strategy within the UK logistics sector.
