Panattoni secures Southampton midbox site
Acquisitive developer Panattoni has secured a site in Southampton with planning permission for five unit mid box scheme in an off-market deal.

THE SITE totals some 14.9 acres and is located close to the M27 and the Docks with planning permission to develop 220,000 ft2 of space in five units ranging from 20,900 ft2 to 95,640 ft2.
The scheme to be known as Panattoni T Park is expected to be available from Q1 2026.
Lambert Smith Hampton advised on the acquisition and will act as joint leasing agent on the site with Vail Williams and JLL. As well as the off market acquisition of this site, LSH also advised on the acquisition of a site at Towcester which Logistics Matters reported on in August this year which Panattoni acquired alongside funding partner Singaporean listed real estate investment trust CapitaLand Ascendas REIT.

This is the third site we have acquired this year for Panattoni UK having already acquired 12 acres in Bognor Regis for 203,000 ft2 early in the year.”
