Prologis secures planning for Midlands warehouse

Developer investor Prologis UK has secured reserved matters planning approval for a 90,000 ft2 plus warehouse at its Apex Park development in Daventry, East Midlands.

THE FACILITY on Phase 4 Site B totals 91,292 ft2 comprising an 86,212 ft2 warehouse with 12.5m clear height and 5,080 ft2 of three storey ancillary offices. The warehouse will have 10 dock (eight standard and two high shelter) and three level access doors as well as 28 HGV  parking spaces.

West Northamptonshire Council’s Strategic Planning Committee met on 22 April to discuss the 9.66 site application which was then approved subject to conditions.

Prologis Apex Park is an established industrial and logistics park, which is part of an employment area north of Daventry town centre, next to the A45 and close to the M1/M6 interchange.
