TGW Logistics revenue rises 29% to €1.37bn as order intake hits record
Warehouse automation specialist TGW Logistics has reported record revenue of €1.37bn for its 2025/26 financial year, up 29%, with order intake also at an all-time high of €1.75bn.

THE AUSTRIAN company’s earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) rose to €54.4m in the year to 30 June 2026, and headcount grew by 400 to 5,063. Customers that chose its automated systems during the year include Marks & Spencer, dm drogerie markt, Bausch + Lomb and Galaxus.
Henry Puhl, chief executive of TGW Logistics, said: “An increase in revenue by 29% is exceptional, even in a dynamic industry such as intralogistics.” The company aims to reach €2bn in revenue by 2030.
TGW invested €60m in research and development, equal to 4.4% of revenue, and says it will place more emphasis on robotics and artificial intelligence. Its SmartPocket pocket sorter, which uses autonomous robots, won the 2026 German Innovation Award.
In October the company opens its 25th site, a Global Service Center in Pune, India, focused on engineering and software development. Sebastian Wolf, chief financial officer, said it gives access to qualified professionals who are increasingly hard to find elsewhere, while TGW continues to invest in Europe and North America.
TGW will also distribute €6m to employees through a participation scheme, with all staff receiving the same base amount as a one-off payment or additional holiday.
