Loading reduced by 30 minutes
Helping to ensure mail arrives faster, and in an efficient, secure manner, Sandd Postal has equipped 169 new VW vans with Joloda’s Vanloda rollerbed system.
Increasing volumes mean loading and unloading of the vans has becomes more time consuming and labour-intensive. Using Vanloda, the loading time is reduced by at least 20-30 minutes.
With a simple hand movement, the pallet is pushed and positioned inside the van. This also means less physical work is required – previously the drivers had to stack each crate of mail, weighing up to 10kg, on an empty pallet in the van which was very time consuming and tiring.
