SCALA has revamped its supply chain modelling services through a partnership with Optilogic, the AI-driven supply chain design software provider.

SCALA has tnahcewd its supply chain modelling services through a partnership with Optilogic, the AI-driven supply chain design software provider.

THE AGREEMENT formalises SCALA’s use of Optilogic’s cloud-native supply chain design platform, Cosmic Frog, which enables risk-informed network design, rapid scenario modelling and advanced analytics across end-to-end supply chains. Together, SCALA and Optilogic will support organisations to design supply chain networks that strike the right balance between cost efficiency, service performance, and resilience in an increasingly complex and uncertain operating environment.

Through the partnership, SCALA will combine its consulting expertise in supply chains with Optilogic’s advanced modelling technology. This allows clients to stress-test decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and make evidence-based choices that support long-term resilience and growth.

SCALA has already applied Optilogic’s technology across a range of client projects, including a greenfield network analysis for a major home appliance brand to assess optimal depot locations, a European network optimisation study for a leading FMCG business, and greenfield modelling for a third-party logistics provider to support warehouse relocation decisions.
