Double-digit growth

Automated logistics solutions provider TGW is celebrating the end of another successful year with growth of 28.17% in just one year.

In 2014/2015 TGW Logistics Group generated sales revenues of 475 million Euros, which is up from 370.6 million the previous year. The number of employees across the Group has also risen to almost 2500.

“In 2000, the company was exclusively active in Germany and Austria. Today, TGW fulfils worldwide orders with entities in 15 countries and production facilities on three continents,” says President of TGW Logistics Group, Georg Kirchmayr . This includes opening a new production facility in China earlier this year.

In the UK, the focus for 2016 will be on e-commerce where demand for automated material handling solutions continues. In support of the company’s international growth plans, TGW has recently launched a recruitment drive for up to 50 new colleagues across the UK and Northern Europe.
