UN Forklift seeks UK dealers as range and support network grow
UN Forklift is looking to expand its UK dealer network, offering independent materials handling specialists access to a broad product range backed by local sales, technical, parts and warranty support.

ESTABLISHED IN 1978, UN has been manufacturing lift trucks for nearly 50 years. The company has developed from its early electric forklifts and reach trucks into a manufacturer of counterbalance, warehouse and specialist equipment.
Continued investment in its manufacturing facilities and product development is supporting its ambitions in the UK.
For dealers, the range offers several practical starting points. A 2.5-tonne lithium-ion counterbalance truck addresses the mainstream electric market, while three-wheel electric models offer a compact option for sites where manoeuvrability matters.
Diesel and LPG counterbalance trucks serve applications requiring internal combustion power, including heavier duties.
The wider line-up extends to powered pallet trucks, stackers and reach trucks, alongside order pickers, VNA equipment, rough terrain trucks and telehandlers. It gives dealers scope to address different customer requirements through one manufacturer, from everyday warehouse movements to more specialised work.
The UK proposition goes beyond the machines themselves. MHE Imports, the UK importer, is developing the dealer network with support for product selection, application advice and quotations.
Dealers can also draw on UK parts, technical and warranty support, product training and access to demonstration equipment. More than 350 UN trucks are already in the field in the UK.

“The interest we’ve had from dealers has been very positive,” said Richard Hemsley, Dealer Manager. “The impact of lower cost, lithium powered equipment has been seen across the country and there’s definitely a sense the market has moved on from where it was, perhaps only a few years ago. The combination of our broad, competitive range and the UK backup behind it has been very well received. We’re now working on onboarding new dealers and looking forward to working with more independent businesses across the country.”
Richard is inviting conversations with independent dealers interested in adding UN to their offering.
